Tsarin Maganin Zafi don Simintin WCB

WCB, wani abu ne da aka yi da ƙarfen carbon wanda ya dace da ASTM A216 Grade WCB, yana fuskantar tsarin sarrafa zafi na yau da kullun don cimma halayen injina da ake buƙata, kwanciyar hankali na girma, da juriya ga matsin lamba na zafi. "1. Ɗumamawa kafin lokaci"

  • "Manufa‌: Don rage yawan zafin jiki da kuma hana tsagewa yayin maganin zafin jiki mai tsanani.
  • "Tsarin aiki‌: Ana dumama simintin a hankali a cikin tanda mai sarrafawa zuwa matsakaicin zafin jiki na ‌300–400°C (572–752°F)‌.
  • "Maɓallan Maɓalli‌: Ana kiyaye ƙimar dumama a ‌50–100°C/awa (90–180°F/awa)don tabbatar da rarrabawar zafin jiki iri ɗaya.

 


 

"2. Ingantawa (Daidaita)"

  • "Manufa‌: Don daidaita tsarin, tsaftace girman hatsi, da kuma narkar da carbide.
  • "Tsarin aiki:
  • Ana dumama simintin zuwa yanayin zafi mai ƙarfi na ‌890–940°C (1634–1724°F)‌.
  • Ana ajiye shi a wannan zafin jiki don ‌Awa 1–2 a kowace 25 mm (inci 1) na kauri sashedon tabbatar da cikakken canjin lokaci.
  • Sanyaya a cikin iska mai natsuwa (daidaitawa) zuwa zafin ɗaki.

 


 

"3. Mai kwantar da hankali"

  • "Manufa‌: Don rage damuwa da tauri, inganta tauri, da kuma daidaita tsarin.
  • "Tsarin aiki:
  • Bayan daidaita simintin, ana sake dumama simintin zuwa zafin jiki na ‌590–720°C (1094–1328°F)‌.
